Mary Hamilton travels throughout Kentucky and the nation telling stories and teaching others about the art of storytelling. The Birdcage 1996 Rated R - When Val Goldman asks Barbara Keely to be his wife, he can't possibly envision the chaos it will create between their parents. Val's dad is gay nightclub owner Armand, and his "mother" is Armand's permanent life partner, Albert, better known by his stage name Starina. Barbara's parents, Senator Kevin Keely and his wife Louise, want to meet Val's "parents", who decide the best plan is for Albert to pose as a woman.

In the past few years Cherry Poppin’ Daddies have become the kind of band that you would want to book if you were throwing a soiree at the Gatsby mansion. Kim Wilson, the legendary harmonica virtuoso and frontman of The Fabulous Thunderbirds, is preparing for what may be his most personally meaningful tour yet. The upcoming "A Tribute to Chicago Blues" tour represents a homecoming of sorts for Wilson, who cut his teeth playing alongside the very architects of the Chicago blues sound during the genre's golden era.

The "Tribute to Chicago Blues" tour will feature a mix of classic chestnuts and deeper cuts from the Chicago blues catalog. "There will be a lot more traditional songs in the set," Wilson explains. "We haven't decided exactly how we're going to mix it up yet, but I'm hoping I can do this for a little while, to be honest with you."

However, Wilson will maintain his traditional approach of not using set lists. "I prefer to let the energy of the crowd and the performance dictate the evening's direction.”
